Hen Haven LLC offers lifestyle products and experiences, including home fragrance, apparel, accessories, curated offerings, and other products that may be introduced from time to time.

However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings. Because certain Hen Haven products may be produced in small batches, minor variations in appearance may occur.

Fragrance is also subjective, and individual scent perception may vary.

Product availability is not guaranteed.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Hen Haven reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, or availability at any time before an order is placed.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be shown during checkout when required.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or clerical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

Product unavailability
Pricing or inventory errors
Suspected fraud
Payment issues
Incorrect information
Unusually large or suspicious orders

If Hen Haven cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments

Payment is due when an order is placed.

Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, PayPal Pay Later, or other payment methods supported by our website.

If you choose a third-party installment or Buy Now, Pay Later service, your use of that service is also subject to the provider’s separate terms, eligibility requirements, and payment schedule.

Hen Haven does not determine approval for third-party financing or installment services.

Preorders

Certain products may occasionally be offered for preorder.

Estimated fulfillment information will be provided on the applicable product page. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item is not immediately available for shipment.

If an order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together once the preorder item becomes available unless otherwise stated.

If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate an update using the email address associated with the order.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and are separate from Hen Haven’s processing time.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, certain circumstances affecting delivery may be outside our direct control.

Please review our Shipping Policy for complete information regarding processing, tracking, lost packages, incorrect addresses, carrier delays, and local pickup.

Federal rules generally require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for the shipping timeframe they advertise and to address delays appropriately, which is another reason we keep our stated processing and preorder estimates clear.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the requirements outlined in our Refund Policy.

Home-fragrance products must be unused and unopened. Candles must be unburned. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Items identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return unless otherwise required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders should be reported to hello@thehenhaven.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please review our Refund Policy before completing your purchase. California advises retailers to clearly disclose limited or no-refund policies to customers.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Product Safety and Use

Customers are responsible for following product instructions, care information, safety warnings, and intended-use guidance.

Candles should never be left burning unattended and should be kept away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Room + Linen Sprays should be used only as directed and should not be sprayed directly onto skin, pets, food, open flames, or surfaces that may be damaged by fragrance products.

Hen Haven is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow applicable product instructions.

Intellectual Property

The Hen Haven name, branding, crest, logo, designs, product names, photographs, graphics, written content, slogans, website content, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Hen Haven LLC unless otherwise stated.

This includes, where applicable, brand expressions such as RESET • REFLECT • RECLAIM and other Hen Haven creative materials.

You may not reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially use Hen Haven intellectual property without prior written permission.

Reviews and Customer Content

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to Hen Haven, you represent that you have the right to submit that material.

Hen Haven may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, obscene, infringes another person’s rights, contains confidential information, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict a customer’s right to provide an honest review or opinion about Hen Haven, its products, or its services. Federal law protects consumers from contract provisions that prohibit or penalize honest reviews.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, launch offers, and special pricing may be subject to additional terms.
