Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

At this time, Hen Haven orders are shipped unless local pickup is specifically offered during an event, launch, or special promotion.
