Coming Back to Yourself
There are seasons when life asks so much of us that we slowly move further away from ourselves.
Not all at once.
A little at a time.
You stop doing the things you enjoy because you’re busy.
You stop asking what you want because everyone else’s needs feel more urgent.
You adjust. Compromise. Push through. Keep going.
And then one day you realize you miss yourself.
Reclaiming is the journey back.
Back to your voice.
Your time.
Your joy.
Your boundaries.
Your curiosity.
Your peace.
It doesn’t require blowing up your life or becoming an entirely different person.
Sometimes reclaiming looks like wearing something because you love it.
Going somewhere alone.
Starting the idea you’ve been sitting on.
Changing your mind.
Saying no without writing a paragraph explaining why.
Calling someone you miss.
Taking yourself seriously again.
There is no deadline for becoming more of yourself.
And there is no rule saying that because you accepted something before, you have to keep accepting it now.
You are allowed to revisit your life.
You are allowed to choose differently.
You are allowed to come home to yourself.
A moment to reflect:
What is one part of yourself you’re ready to reclaim?
RESET • REFLECT • RECLAIM
